1.1 Peter Cook – Car Body and Paint Repairs provides automotive body repair and painting services.

**2. Estimates and Pricing:**
2.1 All estimates provided by Peter Cook – Car Body and Paint Repairs are based on the visible damage at the time of assessment.
2.2 Additional costs may be incurred if unforeseen issues arise during the repair process.
2.3 Prices are subject to change without notice.

**3. Payment:**
3.1 Payment of the balance owing (original estimate LESS the deposit paid PLUS any subsequently agreed costs) is due upon completion of the agreed-upon services.
3.2 We accept payment by bank transfer ONLY, to eliminate exorbitant card transaction fees, any other forms of payment will require to be agreed upon on acceptance of the initial estimate and before any repair work is undertaken.

**4. Appointment Cancellation and Rescheduling:**
4.1 Once the requested “booking deposit” has been paid, no refunds will be given for cancellations or no shows.
4.2 If the customer requires to reschedule to the next available later date due to unforeseen circumstances, at least 48 hours notice is required.

**5. Warranty:**
5.1 Peter Cook – Car Body and Paint Repairs provides a “no quibble warranty” on all repairs undertaken, except repairs to rust of any nature.
5.2 The warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials, subject to normal use and care.

**6. Customer Responsibilities:**
6.1 Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information about their vehicle and its condition, and the nature of the repairs required.
**7. Liability:**
7.1 Peter Cook – Car Body and Paint Repairs is not liable for any breakdowns due to “wear & tear” or mechanical damage that occurs whilst travelling to or from the place of repair.
7.2 Customers are responsible for removing any personal items from their vehicles before repair work begins.

**8. Privacy Policy:**
8.1 We collect and process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on the Website.

**9. Governing Law:**
9.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

**10. Changes to Terms:**
10.1 Peter Cook – Car Body and Paint Repairs reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.
10.2 Continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of any changes.
