Often it is better to discuss first what needs to be done as in most cases you can avoid going through your insurance broker. The reason is that it is often cheaper to get the work done with me and sometimes your insurance might even write off your car when in fact the work can be done without having to.
You don’t need to come to me, instead Whatsapp me loads of pictures of the damage and I will get back to you with a cost, repair time span and when we can fit you in. Easy peasy. I also offer a contactless collection and delivery service, meaning, I collect and deliver your car once repaired.
